FEDERAL MOTOR SAFETY CARRIER ADMINISTRATION, (FMSCA) under the leadership of the Bush Administration, fails to react to complaints when African Americans are involved. An investigation will reveal the inadequacy and danger of this program supported by tax dollars, and in violation of the Department of Transportation rules and regulations. This company operating under the guidelines of Federal Regulations of Affirmative Action, Civil rights legislation under the Department of Justice, and regulations mandated by the Department of Transportation when and if enforced, will contribute to an improvement in the “STATE of BLACK AMERICA”.
These conditions exist due to Federal and State agencies conspiring with companies in violating Civil Rights laws and regulations. It is very difficult for an agency such as the FBI to enforce regulations that they themselves do not believe in and seldom enforce, unless the injured party is a White female as practiced under the so-called “Affirmative Action” legislation put in place and implemented to dilute Civil Rights legislation in order that White Females and White Males would be the beneficiaries. Mr. President,
I have written to you on two (2) previous occasions regarding why you and your administration should have the right to send my son or any soldier in harms way under present conditions and circumstances. In your news conference of July 30, 2003, you refused, failed or were unable to explain how you decided to go to war in Iraq with the faulty intelligence at hand, and furthermore have not explained why any of us should believe that your decision to invade Iraq was nothing more than a naked grab of that nation’s oil resources.
Furthermore, you tell the nation that affirmative action is not beneficial and should be opposed, particularly in higher education. You stated this as the reason for opposing the admissions program at the University of Michigan and the University Of Michigan School Of Law. Yet you don’t seem to have a problem with affirmative action when it results in African Americans and Latinos being disproportionately placed in harms way in support of your adventure in Iraq.
Our domestic policy in the wake of the tragic events of September 11, 2001 has introduced more terror into the lives of many simply because they worship a different god or because they are from a less favored part of the world. Civil rights are being assaulted and liberties diminished in the name of “anti-terror”. I remember, not so very long ago, when George Herbert Walker Bush called the economic policies you now espouse “voodoo economics.” Our foreign policy is simply a mirror of our domestic policy. We have advanced policies that punish the innocent and prop up the guilty in ways that reduce our claims “in support of democracy” the rantings of a hypocrite. We cannot continue to play the role of the emperor who has no clothes. The whole world is watching and we should be ashamed.
My son is not much different than your daughters. He wishes to live in a country that is admired and respected by all, not just a few governmental insiders who relish our role as global bully, determining, unilaterally, who is out of line and subject to our discipline. We daily do more to recruit for Ben Laden and his ilk than they could ever do for themselves. Now you want to send my child and those of tens of thousands of others into the morass you have created. So many of them will become nothing more than fodder for the continued advance of the hegemony of corporate cronies and consummate insiders. This should not continue. “This cannot stand!” Please exempt my son from this travesty of blood on our hands and our souls.

To find Pakistanis still surprised over negative US behavior towards Pakistan is by now a trifle irritating since there has been a clear pattern to this behavior over the decades. Very briefly, the US relationship with Pakistan is a cyclical one on which the US engages with Pakistan whenever it has regional compulsions to do so -- rather than an innate interest in Pakistan itself. It was the communist bogey in the fifties and sixties; the Soviet incursion into Afghanistan in the late seventies and eighties; and, of course, the so-called Global War on Terror (GWOT) post-9/11. In between these interludes, Pakistan has either seen a total absence of US interest or at best a negative interest in terms of its nuclear program in the form of sanctions. As for the interludes of cooperation, they have always followed a four-year cyclical pattern, beginning with an intensely positive interaction to a more critical and intrusive one on the part of the US and finally the cycle comes full circle with a growing estrangement and divergence of interests especially on the part of the US. This pattern is dependent not only on the ground situation in the region, but also on US domestic politics, including both Congressional and Presidential elections. At present, we are nearing the completion of the prevailing cycle and should expect a growing adversarial relationship with the US -- regardless of the outcome of the next US President.

They are a part of an Elite Force of College Graduates, serving in Law Enforcement Agencies suppressing the Rights of Minorities, and believing they would not have to ever shed blood for this country.
After these Elite’s were deployed, the Disadvantaged un-educated Whites, replaced them in these better paying jobs under bush style “Affirmative Action” for Caucasians, leaving another group of minorities to struggle for existence. Minorities and other “People of Color” in order to survive, had no choice but to enter the military, and risk life and limb for this illegal occupation. These minorities return to jobs at or below minimum wages, while this government, the News Media gives all the necessary attention to Caucasian Soldiers who are not allowed to return to their deserved positions in “WHITE AMERICA”.

This administration has put the lives of all who serve in jeopardy for fraudulent reasons. They used lies to sell this war to the public so that super-rich corporations could get even richer by securing multi-billion dollar contracts in Iraq while our soldiers are engaged in active combat. A disproportionate number of our soldiers are minorities. They and their families will never benefit from the profits of war. If this administration continues to doll out contracts to special interests, 99% of the spoils will go to the upper 1% in corporate America at the expense of the American taxpayer. Prior to attempting to liberate Iraq, the administration needs to look at its own discriminatory policies enacted in the United States. AFRICAN AMERICANS in particular!! These Troops are needed in America to relieve the “QUIET RIOT” in our cities.
Blacks in America are on their way to extinction if this administration continues on its present path. We are loosing more troops in larger percentages than the population as a whole.
American Jews do not serve in the US military in proportion to the population, but reap the benefits. Those who reap the benefits should fight this war. Those who support the war in Iraq should volunteer for service. Those in the war zone who support what we are doing in Iraq should volunteer to stay and fight. Those who do not believe in this un-just occupation should be shipped stateside immediately, and not be put in harms way. Radical Christians, against a sovereign country, created this illegal occupation.
Blacks are forced to enter the military in order to survive.
Taxation without representation should not be allowed, especially in a democracy. Blacks are being unfairly taxed in this country, giving life and limb, with the recipients of their efforts benefiting the Bush regime and those he love and support.
This is more reason for those who support this illegal occupation to convince their love ones to serve in Iraq. Radical Christian Right Wing Conservatives should recruit those brave compatriots they love and support to volunteer and help this country defeat radical Islam. It would appear that radical Christians would be better suited to fight and defeat radical Muslims

My questions to any and all reasonable citizens of this country are:
How can you stand by and be aware of the plight that Blacks in this country face and allow Bush in particular to put our troops in harms way. A large percentage of these troops are on the front line apparently fighting for freedom that they themselves have been denied and probably will never achieve in their lifetime.
Freedom for what: To be the last hired, and the first fired? To receive a degree and be regimented to manager of the #1 McDonald’s in your community? To seek an education and desire to be a professional to improve society as many desires, but instead have to serve in war zones such as Afghanistan and Iraq, exposing life and limb for a country that will more than likely treat you as the present ex-slaves are treated. To be treated as servitudes to the master race. What do you, white America, expect of these patriots, who are being fed to the fodder and for what? Most Americans consider themselves Christians. Very few Americans are righteous, if so they would not support the aims and purpose of this administration.
I ask only that we all speak out, tell it, as it should be told, save our troops, and make America what it should be.

Bush is against “Human Rights” violations in China, but what about minorities in America?
While the Governor of Texas, Bush allowed at least one African American to be executed for a crime he did not commit. Recently a Hispanic has suffered a similar fate. Due to Bush’s remarks at the beginning of the war in Afghanistan, and the negative remarks he and his supporters were making against Islam and Muslims in general, make it apparent this administration’s war efforts were based more on violating the “Human Rights” of Muslims, rather than finding the so called terrorist. While protecting white “White Collar” criminals, guilty of treason etc. and imprisoning, convicting, and executing Blacks and Mexicans, giving these citizens sub-standard legal representation with the mentality and compassion that is shameful. Let’s work together and see justice served for all Americans, to include Hispanic and Blacks. Let’s try Bush and his regime under the Patriot Act, allow them to spend their time in an undisclosed prison, and remain there until at least this administration can be replaced, with compassionate representation for “ALL” the people of this country.
